Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Team Leader of Freelancers. The role involves overseeing the recruitment process, managing a team of freelance recruiters, and ensuring hiring goals are met efficiently. Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment efforts, providing guidance for call center recruiting, implementing best practices, and ensuring clear communication within the team and with stakeholders. The Recruitment Team Leader will also play a crucial role in motivating and supporting team members for optimal performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Hiring for call centers.
  • Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership
  • Strong Communication abilities for effective coordination and reporting
  • Ability to support, mentor, and guide team members in achieving goals
  • A thorough understanding of recruitment strategies and industry trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in remote team management is an advantage
