Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza for a Customer Service Specialist. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day customer interactions, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Specialist will handle inquiries and complaints, maintain professional communication with clients, and ensure that customer experiences consistently exceed expectations. The position also requires maintaining high-quality standards in customer service and assisting in resolving challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and improving the Customer Experience.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and build rapport with clients.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a branding or marketing environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in communication, business, or a related field is a plus.
