Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Giza office. In this on-site role, the Customer Service Representative will manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction, resolve inquiries, and provide effective support. Key responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, maintaining excellent communication, managing customer accounts, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in alignment with Art of Service's commitment to quality and excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong skills in delivering exceptional Customer Experience and maintaining high customer engagement
- Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively and build lasting relationships
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in multitasking, time management, and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic working environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service technologies is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role within the branding, design, or marketing industry is an advantage
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English (spoken and written)
