Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza for a Customer Service Representative at PRA Training Center. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will be interacting with customers via phone, email, and in-person to resolve issues and provide timely assistance.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service
  • Abilities in enhancing Customer Experience through effective communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service fields are a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
