Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, headquartered in Giza. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and implementing sales strategies, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs, and fostering long-term client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, delivering exceptional customer service, analyzing marketing trends, and collaborating with teams to design impactful marketing campaigns. This role emphasizes customer outreach and requires enhancing the company's visibility and brand presence in the local and regional market.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively convey ideas and build strong client relationships
  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management for creating and achieving targets and goals
  • Experience in Training to enhance team performance and foster consistent sales approaches
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with the branding and marketing landscape across Egypt and the Middle East is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
