Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza for a Software Sales Specialist. The Software Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, promoting software solutions, and understanding customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services. The role includes generating leads, preparing sales proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Software Sales and a solid understanding of software solutions
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to address client needs effectively
  • Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques, including lead generation and closing deals
  • Ability to manage relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a sales or software-related role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
