Operations Vice President

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Vice President to join our dynamic team in Algeria. If you have a passion for Oil And Gas and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you

Positions Available: 1

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Business Development
  • Develop and implement regional business development strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and provide investment recommendations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnership relationships.
  • Maintain important customer and government relationships.
  • Supervise the full-industry chain operations management, ensure production safety and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the execution of major projects, control budget and cost.
  • Identify and manage operational risks, ensure compliant operation.
  • Build an efficient operations team, promote inter-departmental collaboration.
  • QHSE Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with relevant QHSE regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of overseas work experience, proficiency in English or the official language of the country of work, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to adapt to different cultures and work environments.
  • Strict adherence to company confidentiality regulations, standardized work habits, and high information security awareness.
  • Strong belief in and identification with company values and culture, active participation in company cultural activities, and efficient execution of company policies.
