Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Giza for the position of Vice President, Private Equity. The role involves leading and managing investments in private equity projects, performing in-depth financial analysis, assessing potential investments, and managing existing portfolios. The Vice President will oversee deal structuring, financial modeling, and due diligence while building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. The individual will play a key role in strategic planning and ensuring business growth within the private equity domain.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Private Equity, Investments, and Finance.
  • Experience in Equities and familiarity with Trading practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and deal structuring.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Middle East investment landscape is advantageous.
