Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for the Vice President of Private Equity. The role entails managing end-to-end investment processes, including sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and executing private equity investments. The position also requires monitoring portfolio companies, driving value creation strategies, and managing relationships with stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include supervising financial analyses, market research, and investment presentations to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Private Equity and Investments
  • Strong knowledge of Equities, Finance, and Trading
  • Proven ability to develop comprehensive financial models and conduct thorough due diligence
  • Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder relationships and driving portfolio growth
  • Advanced educational background in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA or CFA preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market
