Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Foreign Purchasing Manager at Midea Group, located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The role involves managing international procurement processes, including sourcing and purchasing from foreign suppliers, negotiating terms and pricing, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The Foreign Purchasing Manager will also build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, evaluate vendor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in global sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain management
  • Strong negotiation, vendor relationship management, and contract management skills
  • Understanding of international trade regulations, logistics operations, and import/export procedures
  • Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and forecasting to drive procurement decisions
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) and experience with ERP systems are advantageous
