Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Markaz Qowesna for the position of Foreign Procurement Section Head. The role involves managing the end-to-end procurement process for foreign suppliers, evaluating supplier performance, negotiating and finalizing contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The Foreign Procurement Section Head will collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet organizational procurement needs and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Supplier Management and Supplier Evaluation
  • Experience in Contract Negotiation and Purchasing processes
  • Proven expertise in Procurement strategies and execution
  • Excellent organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with international trade and customs regulations is a plus
