Creating a Purchasing Plan on a daily/monthly basis, based on purchasing orders from

planning team.

Description of work and Responsibilities:


•      Research, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.


•      Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors to ensure cost efficiency.


•      Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.


•      Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to fulfill procurement needs.


•      Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve supply chain issues.


•      Maintain and update purchasing records, reports, and pricing data.


•      Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.


•      Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.


•      Work closely with internal teams (finance, operations, etc.) to optimize purchasing processes.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of experience in the field is a must.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Industrial knowledge.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

6 October, Zayed and Haram residents are highly preferred.
