Role Description

This is a full-time Purchase Specialist role located on-site in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Purchase Specialist will be responsible for managing purchasing operations, preparing and processing purchase orders, sourcing quality materials, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The role involves coordinating with vendors, negotiating contracts, and maintaining records to support efficient and cost-effective purchasing processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Management
  • Experience with Purchase Orders and vendor management
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess suppliers, analyze costs, and evaluate purchasing strategies
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing or electrical equipment industry is a plus
