. The Procurement Specialist will manage supplier relationships, evaluate procurement needs, issue purchase orders, and oversee contract negotiations. Responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining inventory levels to support project demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience with Purchase Orders and managing procurement processes
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and maintaining supplier relationships
- Skills in Contract Negotiation and ensuring favorable terms
- Strong Analytical Skills applicable to cost analysis and procurement strategies
- Knowledge and experience in general Procurement practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with construction or architectural industries is a plus
