Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Representative based in Qesm 2nd, 6th of October City, Egypt. The Purchasing Representative will manage procurement activities, ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, and build relationships with suppliers. Key responsibilities include processing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, maintaining procurement records, coordinating with vendors, and providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Purchase Orders and Procurement
  • Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Purchasing
  • Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with vendors and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing procurement processes
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be an advantage
