About the Role

CyberFortx, a fast-growing startup specializing in cybersecurity professional services, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager – GCC to drive growth, develop strong customer relationships, and establish presence across the region.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role suited for a motivated and experienced sales professionals with a strong background in enterprise software sales—cybersecurity experience is a plus. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing the go-to-market strategy, and contributing to the long-term success of CyberFortx in the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive new customer acquisition and grow CyberFortx's footprint across the GCC.

* Achieve ARR bookings targets and develop a predictable and scalable pipeline.

* Create and execute a personal sales plan aligned with company growth goals.

* Focus on building new business opportunities (75%) while driving sales through key partners (25%).

* Translate customer challenges into tailored cybersecurity service offerings.

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives.

* Represent CyberFortx at relevant industry forums and partner engagements.

* Collaborate closely with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to align on messaging and market positioning.

* Act as a brand ambassador to raise visibility and trust in the CyberFortx name.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on enterprise software sales (cybersecurity services experience preferred).

* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in acquisition-focused roles.

* Demonstrated ability to independently build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

* Success in selling to large enterprise customers across the GCC region.

* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

* Ability to clearly articulate the value of cybersecurity services to executive and technical stakeholders.

* Strategic thinker who can drive tactical execution.

* Experience working with or within startups or challenger brands is highly preferred.

* Willingness to travel across the GCC region as needed.

* Based in or willing to relocate to the UAE (residency and work permit will be arranged by CyberFortx).
