We are expanding our footprint and seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our growth across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share and drive sustainable growth.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, including major corporate clients and government entities.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the full sales cycle—from pipeline generation to closing high-value deals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager in the training, education, or professional development sector (mandatory).
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales KPIs.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).
