Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in New Cairo. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and executing strategies to expand the company's market presence. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, leading negotiations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on involvement in achieving regional sales targets, monitoring market trends, and providing regular performance reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including account management and business development
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of solar energy solutions, renewable energy systems, or related technologies
  • Experience in market analysis and sales strategy development
  • Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with different departments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in renewable energy or sales are a plus
  • Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is highly desirable
  • Willingness to adapt to a results-driven environment and travel as required
