• Develop and implement a regional direct sales plan to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability
targets.

• Identify and acquire new industrial customers while maintaining and expanding relationships
with existing key accounts in the region.

• Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and long-term supply agreements with industrial clients.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Technical Support, and Finance teams to
ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market dynamics, customer trends, and competitor activities within the region to
identify new opportunities and support strategic decisions.

• Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance analysis, and regular business updates to
management.

• Support marketing and product teams in launching new products and developing tailored
solutions for industrial clients.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small sales team, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused
culture.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit terms, and ethical sales practices.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• 8–10 years of proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in lubricants, petroleum, or
chemical sectors.

• Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving regional sales growth.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• High level of initiative, ownership, and ability to work independently.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
