Role Description

This full-time remote role as a Human Resources Manager involves overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR strategies, and aligning them with company goals. The role includes tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additional responsibilities include fostering a positive organizational culture, managing employee records, and providing guidance on policies and best HR practices.
