Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Duties include managing recruitment and selection processes, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing employee relations and performance management, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong recruitment and selection, onboarding and retention skills
  • Experience in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
