Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Cairo. The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's vision and goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment, designing policies, employee relations, overseeing performance reviews, and facilitating professional development. The role also includes ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Workforce Planning.
  • Expertise in HR Policy Development, Compliance with Labor Laws, and Employment Standards.
  • Strong communication, Leadership, and Conflict Resolution skills.
  • Experience in facilitating Training, Professional Development, and Performance Management.
  • Proven ability to build an inclusive and collaborative organizational culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in an educational or international context.
  • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
