Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in New Cairo. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and compensation plans, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager will collaborate with department heads to align HR practices with business goals, ensure effective communication, and support organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage employee benefits and compensation plans
  • Experience in organizational development and fostering a positive work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
