Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Specialist

. The HR Specialist will support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation. Qualifications

  • (0-2 years) Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts and Egyptian labor law.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or student activity experience in HR is an advantage.
