Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Cairo, Egypt. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will manage daily HR operations, oversee employee relations, support recruitment efforts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role will also involve performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and supporting training and development programs to enhance organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition
  • Knowledge of Performance Management, Training, and Development processes
  • Experience in Labor Law compliance and HR Policies
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an HR or managerial role is highly advantageous
