key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Support organizational design and change management initiatives.
  • Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend training or development interventions.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to implement training programs.
  • Provide consultation on employee issues, conflict resolution, and performance challenges.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and labor laws.
  • Conduct investigations and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Guide managers through the performance management cycle.
  • Promote employee engagement activities and action planning.
  • Support recruitment processes for critical roles.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits discussions with managers.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies.
  • Lead or support HR initiatives such as culture, DE&I, policy updates, HRIS implementation, etc.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience (depending on level).
  • Experience in partnering with business leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to influence leaders and drive change
  • Organizational and project management skills
