Senior Human Resources Business Partner

key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Support organizational design and change management initiatives.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training or development interventions.
- Partner with Learning & Development to implement training programs.
- Provide consultation on employee issues, conflict resolution, and performance challenges.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and labor laws.
- Conduct investigations and maintain accurate documentation.
- Guide managers through the performance management cycle.
- Promote employee engagement activities and action planning.
- Support recruitment processes for critical roles.
- Oversee compensation and benefits discussions with managers.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies.
- Lead or support HR initiatives such as culture, DE&I, policy updates, HRIS implementation, etc.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience (depending on level).
- Experience in partnering with business leaders.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence leaders and drive change
- Organizational and project management skills
