We are seeking a strategic and results-driven
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
to align HR initiatives with business objectives. The HRBP will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of business goals to drive HR strategies that support organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and provide HR guidance and solutions
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development
  • Support recruitment and onboarding strategies aligned with departmental needs
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and support business transformation efforts
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions
  • Mediate and resolve complex employee issues, ensuring fairness and consistency
  • Identify training needs and support employee development programs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and consulting skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
