We are seeking a strategic and results-driven
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
to align HR initiatives with business objectives. The HRBP will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of business goals to drive HR strategies that support organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and provide HR guidance and solutions
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development
- Support recruitment and onboarding strategies aligned with departmental needs
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Facilitate change management initiatives and support business transformation efforts
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Mediate and resolve complex employee issues, ensuring fairness and consistency
- Identify training needs and support employee development programs
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and consulting skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
