Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Doki for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, create and maintain HR policies, oversee employee benefits and benefits administration, and handle other HR management responsibilities. The role involves ensuring compliance with organizational policies, facilitating employee engagement, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management with a thorough understanding of employee relations and recruitment processes.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and ensuring organizational compliance with labor regulations.
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and expertise in Benefits Administration to effectively manage employee welfare programs.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR software systems is advantageous.
