Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi, for a Human Resources Generalist. Responsibilities include managing core HR functions such as HR policies, employee relations, benefits administration, and implementation of HR strategies. The role involves overseeing HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing employee benefits and development programs, and providing guidance on HR best practices. Collaborating with teams and supporting a positive workplace culture will be a key focus.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources management, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment laws with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Experience in Employee Benefits planning and Benefits Administration to manage compensation packages effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for fostering positive workplace relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems and tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working in a corporate environment or HR consultancy is an advantage.
