Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment and onboarding, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, manage employee relations, and facilitate training and development programs. Additional responsibilities include evaluating and improving HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting organizational growth through strategic HR planning. This position requires maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Knowledge of current labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and effectively implement organizational changes.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and related technology tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
