𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞

To lead the development and execution of procurement strategies that ensure efficient acquisition, receiving, and tracking of all materials across the plant and departments. The role focuses on optimizing quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery while coordinating supplier selection, credit terms, and performance standards.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with Vitabiotics policies,

operational needs, and annual budgets.

Identify, qualify, and onboard local and international suppliers; manage Procurement

processes; establish preferred supplier lists and contractual frameworks.

Negotiate pricing, credit, payment terms, warranties, SLAs, and long-term agreements,

ensuring risks and liabilities are mitigated and approved by legal/commercial where required.

Approve purchase orders, confirm lead times, track deliveries, coordinate with receiving, customs,

and logistics teams to ensure timely import clearance and local delivery.

Collaborate with operations and planning to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, reduce

working capital, and implement cost saving and value engineering initiatives.

Maintain communication with UK procurement leads

Maintain and optimize procurement workflows in the ERP/procurement system; deliver

regular reports on spend, savings, supplier performance, and open PO status.

Lead, coach, and develop procurement staff; define roles and KPIs, to raise procurement capability.

𝐣𝐨𝐛 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or equivalent;

professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPM) preferred.

Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory

Ability to work effectively with UK-based category teams,

with cultural sensitivity and clear communication.
