Nile Projects is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the execution, coordination, and overall performance of key EPC, MEP, and Firefighting projects in the Oil & Gas sector.

The position is based at our head office in Alexandria, with projects primarily executed in Cairo — requiring regular site presence and coordination with on-site teams.

The ideal candidate will oversee all project phases — from planning to handover — ensuring seamless coordination between site, technical office, procurement, and client representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and control project timelines, deliverables, and budgets from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate effectively with technical office, procurement, and site teams to maintain workflow and project alignment.
  • Manage weekly progress reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure accurate reporting to management and clients.
  • Participate in client meetings, site inspections, and correspondence to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Identify potential delays, risks, or deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions promptly.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, resource allocation, and cost control.
  • Ensure all works comply with project specifications, QHSE standards, and client expectations.
  • Maintain excellent communication with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure transparency and progress visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the Oil & Gas, EPC, and Firefighting contracting fields.
  • Proven track record managing EPC/MEP turnkey projects from start to completion.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, reporting, and execution management.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and professional report writing.
  • Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
