We're Hiring - Project Coordinator

Location: Alexandria

Da3m IntegratedSolutions is expanding its project team We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support our engineers and operations team in managing on-site projects, ensuring smooth execution, and maintaining professional communication with clients.

◆ Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between technical, engineering, and logistics teams
  • Track site progress and update project schedules
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and BOQs
  • Follow up on materials, technicians, and client approvals
  • Report directly to the Project Manager

◆ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Communication, Computer, or Electrical)
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or IT infrastructure
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Proficiency in project management softwares
  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

◆ Work conditions:

  • Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
  • Hours: 8 hours/day
