About the Job

We're looking for a sharp, proactive 
project engineer
 to join our engineering team. You'll work directly under the lead engineer and project managers to coordinate mechanical drawings, manage production planning, and streamline communication across departments.

This role offers hands-on training, close mentorship, and clear growth into a technical design and execution role within our energy systems portfolio (PRMS, filter separators, indirect water bath heaters, etc.).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
     Plan, monitor, and execute production projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scopes are met.
  • Technical Oversight:
     Support engineering across the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with design specs and technical standards.
  • Collaboration:
     Act as the bridge between engineering, production, and project management teams.
  • Resource Coordination:
     Ensure timely issue/resubmission of materials from store to site, with accurate tracking and documentation.
  • Quality Assurance:
     Implement QC measures; conduct site/shop inspections aligned with industry codes.
  • Documentation:
     Generate and manage technical documents—drawings, reports, specs.
  • Problem Solving:
     Identify technical blockers and provide fast, pragmatic solutions.
  • Process Ownership:
     Connecting tasks, people, and timelines.
  • Continuous Improvement:
     Spot bottlenecks. Recommend and implement efficiency enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a technical or project-driven environment.
  • Strong grasp of mechanical fundamentals and production workflows.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with engineering documentation.
  • Committed to quality, safety, and continuous learning.
