Line Manager:

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Main purpose:
Overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure the project execution on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while coordinating efforts among various teams and departments to achieve project objectives in alignment with the company's strategy and goals.

**Main tasks:

Engineering Supervision:**
Civil works.

Construction Works.

MEP Works.

Cargo Traffic Flow.

Procurement, Supply, and Installation of Equipment:
Receive quotations and technical data for all required equipment and machinery, preparing tenders, and submitting cost estimates and proposals to consultants as well as the Board of Directors.

Contracting the equipment and machinery and proceeding with the purchases in coordination with the Managing Director.

Supervising the supply, installation, and commissioning of the contracted equipment and machinery.

Permits / Government Relations:
Overseeing the process of obtaining all types of permits and licenses related to engineering, construction, and operational works, in coordination with the Managing Director and the Legal Department / assigned representative.

Reports:
Preparing and submitting regular reports on the progress of work and monitoring the project schedule.

Preparing and submitting memos/notifications regarding events not included in the work schedule and informing the Board of Directors or their representatives of such events as soon as they occur.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Civil Engineering, or any related field relevant to the nature of the project.

Preferably certified in Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing industrial/logistics projects, with preference for experience in the food sector.

At least 10 years of hands-on experience in full project supervision (planning – design – execution supervision – monitoring).

Ability to lead work teams and coordinate with various stakeholders inside and outside the company.

Experience in budget management, schedule tracking, and quality assurance.
