Senior Procurement (IT, Alexandria)

Experience: 2 years

Net Salary Range: 10k

Working hours : from 9AM till 5PM

Responsibilities:

* Source and purchase IT equipment, software licenses, and services

* Identify potential suppliers, evaluate proposals, and manage vendor relationships

* Negotiate contracts, pricing, delivery terms, and payment schedules

* Ensure procurement follows company policies, compliance, and quality standards

* Monitor inventory, forecast procurement needs, and coordinate with project/IT teams

* Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve supplier issues

* Assist with cost optimization and supplier performance evaluation

This is a full-time Senior Procurement role based on-site in Alexandria, Egypt. The Senior Procurement professional will oversee the procurement process, manage purchasing activities, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and analyze purchasing trends. The role will also involve ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
  • Expertise in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
  • Strong Analytical Skills and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain excellent vendor relationships
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience in a procurement or supply chain role; previous managerial experience is an advantage
