Role Description
The Sales Development Manager will oversee lead generation strategies, manage sales operations, and drive team performance to achieve revenue goals. This full-time, on-site role is located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, guiding the sales team, optimizing sales processes, and fostering client relationships to expand market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and pursue new opportunities effectively
- Proficiency in Sales Operations to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency
- Demonstrated expertise in Team Management to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team
- Exceptional Communication skills to build and nurture client and stakeholder relationships
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in similar roles is highly desirable
