Founded in 2014, Restart is driven by a team of passionate individuals aiming to make a significant impact in the virtual world. We develop and design highly selling websites, apps, and software systems, offering flexible customized solutions to meet all business needs.

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join Restart and contribute directly to the company's growth. The BDM will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and building long-term strategic relationships. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing—while leveraging LinkedIn and other digital channels to target high-potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and approach decision-makers using LinkedIn search, targeting tools, and industry research.

Sales Presentations & Proposals: Deliver product demos and prepare customized service proposals aligned with client needs.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and prospective clients through consistent follow-ups and effective communication.

Negotiation & Deal Closing: Handle objections, discuss pricing, manage negotiations, and finalize contracts to secure new business.

Strategic Partnerships: Identify and pursue potential partnerships or collaborations that drive additional revenue and extend market reach.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth post-sale onboarding and client satisfaction.

CRM & Pipeline Management: Manage leads, opportunities, and communication history using CRM tools to maintain accurate sales pipelines.

Market & Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings to refine BD strategies.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead progress, conversions, sales performance, and KPIs to senior management.
