A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you'll mostly be:
- Greet guests on arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Managing telephone calls, routing them efficiently, and responding to inquiries with courtesy.
- Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Promoting IHG Rewards Club and encouraging enrolments.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintaining accurate guest records and ensuring preferences are noted for future visits.
Handling billing, payment transactions, and ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years' experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or a similar role in a 4/5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication, telephone etiquette, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and other languages is an advantage.
