We are looking for a 
Technical Lead

. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Zahraa El Maadi. The Technical Lead will oversee project lifecycles, develop project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure timely project delivery. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, communicate project progress to stakeholders, and address any risks or issues that arise. Additionally, the role involves driving program objectives while maintaining team alignment and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Define the overall technical vision and architecture.


• Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of AI systems.


• Mentor and guide engineers across AI, data, and software domains.


• Review code, enforce standards, and oversee integrations.


• Collaborate with Product Manager to align tech strategy with business goals.

Required Skills and Experience:


• Bachelor of Computer Science and Information System or equivalent.


• 5:7 years of experience.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Strong experience in software architecture and system design.


• Hands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).


• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).


• Proficiency in backend development and APIs (Python, Java, ).


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Jenkins).


• Leadership and mentoring skills to guide multi-disciplinary teams.
