We are seeking a highly capable
Tech Lead
to guide our engineering team and drive the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality software products. This role requires strong technical depth, architectural expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to mentor engineers, shape technical direction, and ensure consistent delivery excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements. Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring system performance and reliability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, including 1–2 years in a Tech Lead role.
  • Strong proficiency in
    [insert relevant tech stack: .NET, Python, , React, Angular, etc.]
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Demonstrated experience with microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
  • Experience leading remote or distributed engineering teams.
