Business Development Lead

The ideal candidate will be responsible for
identifying, developing, and managing strategic business opportunities
across MENA and Europe.
To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a strong commercial mindset, proven sales experience in the tech or consulting sector, and the ability to handle multiple projects, relationships, and market analyses simultaneously.
Job Description:
• Identify new business opportunities, clients, and strategic partnerships that align with Qetraa's Pods and Sprints delivery model.
• Conduct market and competitive research to support expansion plans in tech, AI, and digital transformation sectors.
• Plan, coordinate, and document all business development activities, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Lead client acquisition processes, from initial outreach to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases that communicate value and differentiation.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and opportunities in the company CRM.
• Work cross-functionally with the Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Provide clear, timely sales performance reports and forecasts to leadership.
• Represent Qetraa at industry events, conferences, and partnership meetings to increase visibility and credibility.
Job Requirements:
•
3–5+ years of experience
in business development, partnerships, or sales—ideally within the
tech, HRTech, or consulting
industries.
• Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
(MBA preferred).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with
CRM systems
(Zoho or Salesforce).
• Solid understanding of market research, pricing models, and proposal development.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client and partnership meetings (when required).
