Role Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking and tech-driven professional to lead the digital transformation and sales automation of Niche Magazine. This role merges media sales, technology, and AI innovation, focusing on achieving revenue growth through smart digital systems, automation, and AI-powered client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM & Client Database Management


• Identify and resolve CRM gaps to ensure accurate and actionable client data.


• Maintain and expand Niche's advertiser and client database.


• Use CRM insights to support targeted sales campaigns and retention strategies.

2. Digital Sales & Automation


• Achieve and exceed sales targets through the implementation of web, app, and automation solutions.


• Design and deploy automated lead generation and conversion funnels integrated with online payment systems.


• Utilize data analytics and automation to optimize sales performance.

3. Digital Media & Campaign Optimization


• Create and enhance digital campaigns, landing pages, and portals to boost engagement and conversion.


• Manage digital media buying, A/B testing, and performance analysis to improve ROI.

4. AI Agent Creation & Implementation


• Develop, train, and deploy AI agents and chatbots capable of handling inquiries, recommending advertising packages, and guiding clients through purchase and renewal journeys.


• Continuously improve AI workflows to automate follow-ups, personalize offers, and enhance client satisfaction.


• Integrate AI tools with CRM and digital platforms to ensure seamless automation across all client touch points.

5. Web, ERP & App Development


• Create, maintain, and optimize digital platforms including websites, ERP systems, and mobile applications — or any other system required or indicated by management.


• Ensure all systems are performance-driven, user-friendly, and aligned with Niche's automation and sales goals.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all digital assets support business growth and client engagement.
