We're expanding fast and looking for a driven Sales Executive
who's ready to shape how businesses experience technology.
The Role
You'll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities for Blurr's systems and services — from ERP modules and automation tools to AI-enhanced solutions. You'll connect with decision-makers, understand their pain points, and demonstrate how Blurr's tech can transform their operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in tech and software sectors.
- Identify potential clients and establish strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client business needs and translate them into tailored tech solutions.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to refine pitches and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups through the full sales cycle.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with Blurr's evolving tech ecosystem and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in
sales within a tech company or software house
(minimum 2 years). - Strong understanding of software development, SaaS, or on-premise systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and work independently.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Tech-savvy, curious, and passionate about innovation.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience selling AI, automation, or ERP systems.
- Background in business development or account management.
- Understanding of digital transformation and enterprise software ecosystems.
