We're expanding fast and looking for a driven Sales Executive
 who's ready to shape how businesses experience technology.

The Role

You'll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities for Blurr's systems and services — from ERP modules and automation tools to AI-enhanced solutions. You'll connect with decision-makers, understand their pain points, and demonstrate how Blurr's tech can transform their operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in tech and software sectors.
  • Identify potential clients and establish strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client business needs and translate them into tailored tech solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to refine pitches and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups through the full sales cycle.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with Blurr's evolving tech ecosystem and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in 
    sales within a tech company or software house
     (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong understanding of software development, SaaS, or on-premise systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and work independently.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Tech-savvy, curious, and passionate about innovation.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience selling AI, automation, or ERP systems.
  • Background in business development or account management.
  • Understanding of digital transformation and enterprise software ecosystems.
