Tech Inside Sales Representative

**Position Summary**:
This role requires a deep understanding of the GCC market, including cultural nuances and business practices, and the ability to communicate effectively in **English and**is a must.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into opportunities.
**Sales & Account Management**:
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to address their business challenges.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers.
- Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction to encourage upselling and renewals.
**Market Intelligence**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments within the GCC region.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams for campaign improvements and product enhancements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the GCC region and its business culture.
- Fluency in **English**is required.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm and a results-driven attitude.
