Job Description:

One of clients is seeking a 
talented and motivated
 Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will be responsible for 
generating leads, communicating with clients, and closing sales opportunities
.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation

  • Conduct research to identify new leads and business opportunities (outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn engagement, etc.).
  • Follow up on inbound leads and nurture client relationships.
  • Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features & benefits of our e-learning platform.
  • Coordinate demo sessions between clients and the internal technical team.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
  • Close deals and achieve quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients during the sales process.
  • Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide additional information via calls and emails.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Sales Coordination & Administration

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects in the CRM.
  • Document sales activities, track follow-ups, and update CRM records.
  • Assist in preparing and processing sales contracts and agreements.
  • Coordinate with other departments (technical, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct targeted research to identify and segment potential clients (schools, training centers, higher institutions).
  • Gather data on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs in the EdTech sector.
  • Generate sales reports and provide insights to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3+ years
     of relevant sales experience.
  • Previous experience in IT/Software/SaaS industry is required.
  • Experience in 
    Saudi/Gulf markets
     is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in 
    CRM tools
     (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Knowledge of 
    e-learning platforms or SaaS solutions
     is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in 
    MS Office Suite
     (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Communication & Sales Skills:

  • Strong 
    verbal and written communication
     skills.
  • Experience making 
    high-volume sales calls
     and managing follow-ups.
  • Ability to present and 
    sell solutions to decision-makers
    .
  • Excellent 
    negotiation and problem-solving
     abilities.

Other Required Skills:

  • Strong 
    organizational and multitasking
     abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet 
    sales targets
    .
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for 
    client success
    .

Note:

  • The work schedule is Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saudi time), with the possibility of adjustments by mutual agreement.
  • A personal laptop and reliable internet connection are required to perform remote work.
