Technical Lead

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Architecture & Technical Leadership**
- Define architectural patterns, integration strategies, and data flows to ensure omnichannel consistency and seamless customer experience.
- Establish technical standards, guidelines, and reusable frameworks for development teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies for long-term platform scalability.
- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure solutions adhere to best practices in eCommerce, cloud, and security.
- Provide mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of architectural thinking and technical excellence

**Software Development & Implementation**
- Oversee the implementation of.NET-based backends (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework) integrated with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Lead mobile development efforts using cross-platform or native frameworks (Flutter, React Native, native
iOS/Android).
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support eCommerce functionalities such as product catalog, order management, payments, and customer accounts.
- Optimize performance for high-traffic eCommerce environments, ensuring fast load times and responsive UI/UX.
- Design and maintain relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases for product, inventory, and customer data.
- Implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) for critical eCommerce transactions.

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with eCommerce growth strategies.
- Communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to technical and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies for high availability and disaster recovery.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Stay ahead of eCommerce technology trends, payment innovations, and personalization engines.
- Champion DevOps, automation, and continuous delivery for faster and more reliable releases.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate new eCommerce capabilities (e.g., AI-powered recommendations, headless commerce).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related field.
- 12+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership/architecture role.
- Proven experience in architecting and delivering large-scale eCommerce platforms (B2B and/or B2C).
- Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong mobile development background using Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android.
- Experience designing microservices and distributed architectures, with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and API gateways.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS is a plus) for scalable, high-availability eCommerce deployments.
- Strong database skills in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL stores, with a focus on performance optimization.
- In-depth understanding of eCommerce business processes catalog management, checkout flows, payment integrations, order management, and analytics.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated deployments.
- Strong understanding of security best practices for payments, customer data, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
