Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead for a
4-month project

to design, develop, and oversee the creation of a large-scale Online Course Platform that integrates Offline Booking and E-Commerce features.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who has successfully led development teams and delivered complex, high-traffic web applications.

Key Responsibilities

1-Architect and design the platform's overall system structure (modular, scalable, and maintainable).

2-Lead and mentor a team of front-end and back-end developers, ensuring coding best practices and quality standards.

3-Manage the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) — from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

4-Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

5-Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of the platform.

6-Oversee integrations for:

7-Online Learning (video hosting, progress tracking, certificates)

8-Offline Booking (scheduling, calendar sync, staff management)

9-E-Commerce (payments, carts, products, and invoices)

10-Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, code repositories, and deployment workflows.

11-Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to enhance platform performance and maintainability.

12-Core Platform Features Management

Online Learning System: Video streaming, quizzes, progress tracking, certificates, instructor dashboards.

Offline Booking System: Scheduling, calendar management, and in-person training coordination.

E-Commerce Module: Product sales, payment gateways, invoicing, user accounts, and wishlists.

Admin Dashboard: Manage users, content, payments, and analytics.

Scalability & Security: Designed for high traffic and GDPR compliance.

13-Familiarity with backend frameworks such as (NestJS/Express), Python (Django/FastAPI), or Ruby on Rails; frontend technologies including React, , or ; and databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Skilled in cloud and DevOps (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD), microservices and API architecture (REST/GraphQL, clean architecture), security best practices (JWT/OAuth2, RBAC, encryption, secure APIs), payment and media integrations (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Vimeo, AWS Media Services), and testing tools (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).

Requirements

:

1-5+ years of full-stack development experience.

2-2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or Team Lead position.

3-Experience building SaaS or EdTech platforms at scale.

4-Strong sense of product ownership and attention to detail.

Preferred but not required:

Experience with AI-based recommendation systems, LMS standards such as SCORM or xAPI, and mobile development using React Native or Flutter.
