We are currently seeking a
professional and customer-focused Account Manager
to join our Commercial Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing key client relationships, coordinating internal stakeholders, and ensuring the highest levels of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a set portfolio of customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Ensure timely coordination between Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to meet client requirements.
  • Monitor order progress, delivery schedules, and service performance to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and prepare performance reports, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in
    Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or related functions
    .
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Industry experience in textiles is preferred but
    not
    mandatory
    . Training will be provided.
