Key Responsibilities:


•Make outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest but haven't completed a purchase.


•Present our car models, features, and promotions in a clear and engaging manner to generate leads and close sales.


•Handle inbound inquiries related to car models, pricing، and financing options.


•Follow up on leads generated from online platforms and marketing campaigns to turn them into showroom visits.


•Assist walk-in customers in the showroom in case sales staff are occupied.


•Conduct follow-up calls after customer visits to evaluate satisfaction and support the sales process.


•Update and manage customer data accurately in the CRM system.


•Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements:


• 1-2 years of experience in telesales or automotive customer service


• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills


• Knowledge or passion for cars is a strong plus


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)


• Experience in handling leads through online and social media channels


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
